AVOID, AVOID. Purchased a car on finance in March 2026. Red flags from the beginning - the guy kept on delaying our viewings, then openly laughed at us for not being able to pay in cash and for needing finance for what he considered a small amount. His behaviour was disrespectful, humiliating, and completely unacceptable. Then more problems started to arise, the car had no V5. We were not informed of this until after the documents were signed. What was supposed to be a quick process according to the guy, in the end took 6 weeks, which meant we couldn’t drive the car for over month since it couldn’t be taxed. We decided to run a diagnostic for a peace of mind since the car wasn’t 100% perfect. The car was on the verge of breaking down and deemed unsafe to drive, plus NO LEGIT MECHANIC WOULD ALLOW FOR THIS CAR TO PASS MOT. The car was ILLEGALLY REMAPPED and had MODIFIED HEADLIGHTS. Thankfully Zuto managed to get everything sorted and after weeks of battle with those guys and going back and forth, they finally took the car back. Before proceeding, look further into their background information (all available online): they rebranded from Auto Atlaz in 2025 - the dealership’s reviews had alarmingly similar problems to ours, plus they own a garage Abs Luton Limited which is likely where the MOTs come from.
