My granddaughter bought a car from this dealer. Things have gone wrong from day 1. We have contacted trading standards.

Honestly I don’t know where these people have had these issues I bought a car from them and nothing to the extent as what these people are talking about actually happened ur buying a second hand car what do you expect it’s going to be? Driving a brand new lambo?

Sold me a car after the one I wanted overheated within 10 minutes. When I got home after a 150 mile drive I found that they front tyres were down to 10psi and I had to replace them. Turns out the car I ended up with was CAT S but I wasn't told about it, which is illegal. The sales guy wrote "trade sale CAT S" on the receipt after I had signed it but I didn't notice until 6 months later when I tried to part-ex the car only to be told it was CAT S and virtually worthless. AVOID ! AVOID !! AVOID !!!

I'd leave zero stars if I could. These guys are selling broken/scraped vehicles that they believe have been repaired well enough. They also make promises that they don't keep, like taking £100 deposit and never returning it if the goods you go and see aren't as advertised. It's disgusting and immoral. Don't buy from here.

Most dishonest dealer I have ever dealt with. Cannot be trusted and should be avoided.

Garrison trade centre Limited formerly Midlands Trade Centre Ltd - “The name you can trust” – unfortunately prime example of a dealership that cannot be trusted and should be avoided at all costs. I was sold a vehicle that had significant number of faults hidden on purpose to cut “costs” and was illegal to drive in the condition it was in – surprisingly it just passed MOT. An independent inspection revealed repair costs in excess of £600 a week after passing MOT. MOTs done by this dealer are not genuine and cannot be trusted. If you think dealer is quick to reply to your queries, just wait till you come across a problem. Paid extra for a warranty which never arrived “it will be sent to your email the next day” do not fall for this, it’s a complete scam. Court action had to be taken. Do not trust, avoid at all costs!
