Ripped me off for £700, took him to small claims court and won, bailiffs sent round but he knew every scam in the book, my costs went up to £1130 on top of that he had taken £300 for vechile tax, I found out 3 months later he hadn't paid the tax and I was facing a summons of the DVLA I had to pay 3 months arrears on top of another £300. I have given up trying to get any money back,

Mr simon retallick.. ripped me off... give me false name.. took off me £4000.. for vehicle... which I refused on delivery.. because I was unsatisfied with condition with it.. did not give my money back... cost my additional £1000.. court costs... . He did not turn up in court... I won court order.. . No luck with bailiffs cause so many against him.. .
