THIS COMPANY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY!! If I could give a zero I would. It’s been a month and a half since they sold my perfectly fine vw touran, I was promised full payment on 7 Nov and today marks a month since that claim was made and a month and a half since the car was sold ,I was fed the same lies and excuses over and over again I was always promised a call back which never came and the service I received from this company was poor, on the official govt website it mentions how the company headquarters in Newcastle went bust, when you sell your car they don’t even notify you and they tell you to forget about it,once handed in they treat you like royalty up until you bring the car in but once it’s sold your out of their interest, furthermore Jane and Ian will always give excuses instead of making the payment which leaves me with only one option which is COURT ACTION!!! Ps: DONT EVER SELL YOUR CAR TO THIS COMPANY THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY!

FINANCE STILL NOT SETTLED - The WORST customer experience I have ever had. Good as gold until it mattered, had my car for sale on autotrader, they called me out of the blue to say they could sell the car for me on my behalf in order to sell the car more efficiently and for a higher value than what I had it listed for, I agreed to sell my car through them via a sale or return agreement, inside a couple of weeks they told me they had a buyer but the price was no where near what I expected, as I was desperate to sell the car I agreed to it and deposit had already been taken anyway, aswell as their £1000+ Vat charge for this abysmal service I agreed for some works to be carried out which was to be taken out of the sale of the car, mainly alloy refurbishment and carrying out a service that was showing on the dashboard. It was agreed after commissions and costs I would be getting £18,500 out of the car, settlement of the balance in the region of £17,823.47 with the remainder to be sent to me, the small balance due to me has actually been paid but I am more concerned about the nearly 18k due to the finance company which I am liable for. Car was supposedly sold and picked up by the new owner on the 21st September, agreed to their 14 day period to allow for settlement of any balances which having done research is not usual practice. Still waiting for them to settle my finance with Santander Consumer Finance to this day, lies and excuse after excuse and no idea what is actually going on, calls ignored and official complaint not responded to. Dont think this is going to be solved amicably therefore will be going down legal route to either get the settlement paid or car recovered, whichever comes first. Had dealt with Mia, Jack Austin, Jane Harris and Charles Cavendish the new director.
