Would give a zero star rating if I could. My wife purchased an X4 BMW from these and they are none other than dirty con men. The car had several issues and the drivers door came without a lock on it from the inside. We asked them to get this resolved and said we need to drive back to Luton which was utterly unacceptable. We then discovered a slow puncture on the journey home and looked for a locking wheelnut. Guess what???, it wasn’t in the car. I then messaged one of these cowboys on WhatsApp and he blocked my number. The business is an absolute joke and they have no understanding or skills on how to run it professionally. I will be taking this as further as I can and getting to the bottom of it. Finally I would like to mention I put a review on when we bought the vehicle and the manager decided to talk about my work life and me asking for discount which is popular among any buyers to do so as anyone would want to get the best possible deal. The reason for my review is to help other people who think about purchasing a car from the clowns!!! SHARE THIS ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA
