Absolutely terrible service, purchased an Audi RS Etron for £73000 with wheel and dent cover. When I contacted them about a bulge in my tyre on the Friday I was told it was not a problem at all and they would deal with it. I booked it in for Monday morning. The check in said £0 balance I assumed because I had take out their cover. I was promptly told they had made a mistake and couldn’t source a tyre and advised me to drive it back to Bristol a 140 round trip. Best part is after reading through the paperwork I could have had this fixed at home on my drive. I was also addressed only by my surname in correspondence rather than “Mr”, which I found unprofessional considering my Surname can be used as a vulgar way to insult me it is in my view done in a particularly childish and provocative manner
