I would not even give 1 star if I had to, brought a car in November 2024 for over £12,000 within 2 days my rear passenger door would not open, did not want to know about it, withing another 3/4 weeks my pan roof would not open or close, was told both repairs would be fixed at same time so I had to drive 98 miles back to them and was told I would have a courtesy car while repair was being carried out, only my rear door was repaired, kept emailing and ringing them about my pan roof and they kept putting the repair off as it was not affecting the car fast forward 15 months after continuous emailing and calling they finally booked me in, they have me a courtesy car and I had to drive back down and back home 98 miles each way, they had car for 6 weeks and spent 3 days working on the repair and was told the pan roof was not reparable and offered me £250 compensation and I could have car back or cancel my finance but they would deduct the mileage which I do i do alot of motorway miles so I had done 20,000 miles and wanted to deduct £5,000 and offered me £7,300 which would leave me in negative equity of over £2,000 which i dont have, so I had to accept the car back and asked for more money due to a pan roof price is alot more then £250, the rejected this and said they have spent to much money on labour and parts, in the end as I was so fed up I agreed to take the £250, now i still have not received this after numerous calls and emails with no response so I am taking matter further....DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

bought a Audi A3, ran for a week, engine light on, took it back and Albert at hexon cars refused to give me my money back or fix the problem. Apparently he has a company removing legit reviews on google, hence why I am leaving it on this website
