I purchased 2 peougot 108 automatic cars for my daughters in 2015. I purchased the vehicles on a PCP. I was assured that as part of the deal I would receive a service plan to provide 3 services on each car up to the end of the agreement. It was our responsibility to put the vehicles through the first MOT if it came before the upgrade date but the 3rd service on both vehicles was included. Our 3rd service is now due prior to the end of contract date June 2018 I rang JCT 600 Bradford to book the vehicles in only to be told the 3rd service wasn't now included and we would have to pay for it. I was told I should have traded the car in prior to the service date then there wouldn't be a problem. I informed them of the basis I was sold the contract on and I expected the cars to be serviced under that agreement. The agreement we shook hands on. I was given a ream of excuses. Telling me the people who sold me the cars and made promises no longer worked at the branch. I was told quite rudely to go away and read my paperwork as it only mentions 2 services and that I shouldn't have just trusted the reputable dealer I should have gone though the contract with a fine toothed comb to check every detail. I agree now I should have done this and not trusted the promises made and deal made between us. Therefore confirming JCT 600 are un trust worthy and sold me 2 cars on a basis of lies. Some may even say they have acted fraudulently. I have argued this point now until my patience is exhausted. Since my initial complaint one of the cars has actually been written off in a no fault accident. Therefore I am now actually only requesting the 3rd year service on one car. JCT600 I am disgusted by yr behaviour. Every time I call the branch my complaint is pass around then ultimately ignored. I never get a return call. Reception staff are rude and sales staff just pass the book. Managers are invisible unless of course you are buying a car. Aftercare rubbish! I hope someone in some position or another may read this and help with my complaint however i am not holding my breath. I now have 2 cars to replace on a further 3/4 year deal. I am certainly not at this moment rushing back to JCT6oo. I hope my confidence can be restored by some intervention from some one with the organisation that gives a hoot about customer retention and service. Lets see.

second year running , can it get worse, last year my mercedes went to jct in sheffield , for a sevice , went to collect it left waiting for 50 mins not one person came to see me ,and were just sat on there desks , wouldnt mind i had already paid only wanted the keys ,snotty receptionist ,near on thrown the keys and said car is in car park , asked what bay, told look for it , considering there is about 100 cars out there, now just been in for a mot all the service documents that were in the car ,gone missing ,numerous calls no one rings back ,told over a week ago there will be put in the post , the weeks gone ,, incidently they couldnt waite to give me a price of £436 pounds to tell me the front discs and pads will need doing , got them done for half that at a german car specialist ,shame on you jct ,another lost customer ,where are all my service documents ,? now informed mmercedes benz uk

Took my almost new, £40,000 motorhome for a service and it came back with a hole in the roof. It was in perfect condition when we took it in. JCT 600 ( Peugeot ) said they did not accept responsibility or liability and " besides I had no proof". Thoroughly disgraceful treatment from a supposedly reputable dealer.

I bought a VW up October 2014 since hen it's been in and out of the garage. Radio aerial replaced , gear box trouble still on going gust had a gear box serleter fitted as the reverse gear would not go in without crunching know not only the reverse its the first gear needs pushing in hard. I've been informed that their was no oil in the gear box from new that alone will course damage. VW this morning informed me theirs nothing more that can be done to make my car fit for purpose . Customer service told me we can only carry out work on JCTs 600 say so I found that hard to take in. I have been a customer for over twenty years and bought many cars from you but if nothing is done to get this vehicle road worthy I won't be coming back I'm very upset and dismaid that JCTs are talking this take it or leave attitude Charles

Jct600 vw hull R99AKP transporter major problem with engine. I've had a lone van longer than the one we bought now. I'm not a happy customer the van needs to be replaced ASAP as it's the third reoccurrence of the same problem. Can anyone help who reads this mail???????
