Dont use this company as they lie. The Hr department needs to update their computer systems and need better training or both. useless people in overhyped large company in Yorkshire this it. won't be using any JCT dealer again and nor will anyone else that's knows me after I've passed this on. just lies the lot of them

Bought a car from jtc600 April 2022 approved teesside, salesman promised free scotchgard didn't happen. Then they registered and taxed the wrong car in my name, complained to jtc600 they said they would sort it out now middle of July still no V5 for my car. Jtc600 teesside not interested in sorting it out. Could not recommend this company

I would t even give these a 1 star. Do not put a deposit down on any vehicle from jct they have your pants down saying it will be repaid as soon as the deal is done. 2 weeks on and still no deposit back. Still waiting for them to settle my exciting finance from a part ex. Numerous emails and phone calls.... leads to nothing. When I picked up my new van there was scratch all down the side. The gear box crunches, 2weeks in and it is my local Peugeot garage. Worst service I've ever recieved when buying a new vehicle.

Mercedes Harrogate excellent very helpful service reception very pleased I moved to this dealership a number of years ago. Their knowledge and enthusiasm is very refreshing so often lacking in other main dealers.

I bought a car from jct 600 in Doncaster and the car that I bought was not for me,I dealt with Chris Walker and the service that he gave me was first class! He let me return the car after a week and gave me a full refund within the same day. Very happy with his and the teams service.

Took my car to jct 600 asked them to check brake pads coz it was making some noise and the manager Charles said I wud have pay even this it was still under makers warrenty .best to avoid this dealership

bought a jaguar with full warranty for £9600 6 months ago with full platinum warranty and the dpf failed the dealership refused to cover this and made no contact from them after sending 5 emails disgusting all round
