Great salesman but after care is the worst I have experienced and the warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Over 3 months ago I spent £26,000 on a Range Rover Vogue with supposed top level warranty for 12 months. Within 100 miles of driving the car a number of issues arose including sat nav not working, restricted power issues and a big issue with the manifold. To cut a very long story short, it’s been 3 months and I’m currently over £1500 out of pocket as I have had to have the car repaired myself and they have done nothing to reimburse me. I was initially told the warranty wouldn’t cover the manifold etc, then was told it would. I was told there had been an issue with the warranty and the wrong box being ticked but it was now rectified. I have had excuse after excuse after excuse for the past 3 months and so far have got nowhere with these guys. Communication from them is non existent and despite me chasing weekly all I get are excuses. Avoid.
