John Hughes Cars

The first part of the sale of my van was good then it went wrong from there.i have 3 faults with the van and I have tried to get them sorted but it seems that John took my money but has forgotten to help me with the faults and the garage he uses is rubbish have rang them twice to book van in but not happening and I took out the xtra warranty but think that was a mistake I would not recommend John hughes cars to anybody just bad aftersales the van still has the faults.

I bought a van of John few months ago and all was good the van had 3 issues moulding front pillar gear lever gaiter ripped and smell from engine into cab phoned John he put me onto ric and I phoned him but all he wanted to do was count tyres so no good tried again but didn't answer so back to John he said buy moulding and will pay for it so did this.phoned John again and he said he was going to get rid to find me but nothing the aftersales experience is rubbish the van is in need of repair but had no word from ric or John about what is happening.I would not recommend John Hughes car to anybody all he wanted was the money for the van but didn't care about anything else
