!!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! Tried to scam me and my partner, went through a finance option where the finance provided had clear sent us documentation etc to say it was a £450 deposit. However upon arrival to the dealership they tried saying the deposit was actually £1300. We clarified this with the finance but the garage refused as they wanted £1300 still. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

Avoid. Avoid. ROGUE TRADERS. Under investigation by Trading Standards.

Great place for a used car

Came into JT ealier this week looked at a few cars, wasn't sure what i wanted, needed a bigger car due to my family growing, guys in office gave me few car details so i could go back and check all the details and make an appointment at a later date due to all this co vid, guys here have always been helpful and polite the whole time and no pressure to sale.

Car purchased from them had a breakdown in the middle of the road a week after the purchase. Was filthy and smelled like dog and was sold like that, even though we had expected a full valet. Had to do it by ourselves. Had numerous faults, some less, some more noticeable from the very beginning. On two occasions within the month dealer took the car to fix some of the issues, but then ignored all the rest of them, even though we had provided him with a written breakdown of all faults. After almost 4 months after the purchase car has a faulty fuel gauge, noisy front suspension, broken driver's door, constant problems with electricity and the rear window heating is not working. Around 40 days after the purchase the dealer told us, that their warranty did not apply anymore, and we'd have to start fixing everything on our own expenses. Then they stopped replying to our letters / text messages. Shocking after-sales service...
