Sold a car to mother who is disabled, knowing things were faulty with the car, lied through his teeth throughout the whole transaction, promised to get faults sorted and claimed off of the warranty people which my parents took out personally and told us to wait 2 weeks so that he could claim off of the warranty company instead of paying out himself bearing in mind the work was only £300. The car was bought for £4500 and within the past 2 years of owning it we have spent £3000 so far putting it right. He pushes people to buy the top warranty through him knowing full well they ain't going to pay out but he still gets his cut from the warranty company. Had to have a new key within the first week of owning it costing £240 from Peugeot, which was promised to be paid for and fixed by himself which never happened, the tyre pressure sensors were faulty and he promised to put them right but they still come up on the dash board as a fault, it's recently had a new gearbox which cost £2070.. the spare tyre carrier was broken so had my mum of got a puncture she would of never been able to get the spare wheel out. heater system also went wrong which was an electrical fault which cost nearly £500. Too many more things to list that have gone wrong on the car but I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone whatsoever, he's the worst car dealership within a 100 mile radius from thetford and is the biggest liar going.
