Lexus Stoke

I took my Lexus here for its first service and was publicly chastised by the Service Agent for exceeding the 12 month service interval, telling me several times that the manufacturer's warranty was conditional on the car being serviced at 12 monthly intervals even if the mileage figure had not been reached. That sort of treatment (whether he was right or wrong in his understanding of the warranty) is not what I expect from Lexus and certainly isn't good customer care. Never again!
