I arrived at 9am, picked up the courtesy car and took my daughters to the beach after 1.5 hrs I got a text, picked up the car and went home with the serviced car,This is the best garage I have ever used,! When I bought my car from Loanhead, I had more choice than all the garages in inverness! And better service than all of Inverness? In my experience?

Thoroughly proficient in every way. Found the perfect car for me at a very reasonable price. On a very critical inspection inside and out, there was literally nothing wrong with this car. Their expert mechanics had not missed a thing. All paperwork was seen to by the office staff very efficiently and helpfully. . I've never enjoyed the Car Buying experience so much. Ive come across some scoundrels! But these are guys I felt I could really trust. Usually theres extra charges for this and that, and hold-ups, but with Loanhead it was like getting extra value thrown in for free- even the warrantee is the top one not the minimum one. We were extremely impressed by the entire team and would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to friends.

Loanhead Carsales were really pretty good to deal with (and I have dealt with a couple of terrible car dealers recently). They were friendly and 'normal' (if that makes sense); they allowed me to take a proper, extended solo test drive, which I always appreciate; they were in no way pushy; they fixed all of the minor problems I identified before we did a deal; and on the day they handled the paperwork efficiently. One small niggle, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. A good experience overall.
