When I visited your dealership at Star City on 18th June, I had already done my homework and knew what I wanted, we looked around the site for the specific car in mind then walked in to the showroom. Your sales rep Salman Ahmed approached us and asked if we needed anything or could he help. I advised him of what I had visited the site for and he was very helpful, he bought the vehicle to the entrance and showed us round it and explained the features and all done COVID safe, all the time I dealt with him he had our safety and well-being in mind. He gave me a good trade in for my vehicle which met my expectations and we agreed the price and details of the deal. Salman was very pleasing to deal with and no hard sell. I told him what I wanted and he met my expectations. Over all he was a very nice and reasonable guy who I took great pleasure in dealing with. On the day of completion he handled the details and paperwork to my satisfaction and I would deffo recommend him to friends and family.
