Premium brand offering budget services. Dropped off my car for a quick check Wednesday last week and been told I will get my car by COB at the latest. No courtesy car has been offered. 5 minutes before the closing time I had to give them a call as no one bothered to call me back with an update. They've told me they have to do some extra checks next morning. Nobody was planing to tell me that! Yet again no call next day for an update. Called back Friday several times to try to find out what has happened with my car. Every single time the people in charge(Ray, Mark) were too busy to talk to me and I've been told he will call me back. Over one week later I still have no idea when do I get my car or if they still have it? Trying desperately to speak with someone, but the only answer I get from the reception lady is that everyone is busy and I will get a call back. I have even asked to speak with complaints department to make a formal complain but nobody wants to discuss either about my complaint or to return my car. How is this possible from a premium car dealer? I wonder if they realise they've left me with no car for over one week without providing a courtesy car or at least telling me to look for a rental. not to say the refusal to speak with me for over a week?
