Audi Oxford

Absolute shocking service from the point of sale to collection of my brand new e-tron GT. Too many failures to list but this dealership is incompetent , untrustworthy , they Lie and never return calls at all management levels. A price and extras are agreed in writing and then it’s clearly demonstrated that higher management want to delay things to frustrate the customer (me) to hopefully get me to cancel the order. Told the car was in stock and on its way numerous times from a group dealership - 50 miles away and it never was until I was made to drive for three hours to demand action from the dealership group manager. No apology offered and still the whole package has not been fully delivered after collection which took two months when I was told it would be two weeks at most. I was constantly lied to , and even on collection and the appalling handover that was given I was what can only be described as blackmailed by their business manager Jonathan Heathcote who told me in front of the sales executive that if I left a poor score on the Audi UK survey which I would receive in 72 hrs it will only make the delivery of the outstanding consumables and products harder for me to obtain and delays will be put in as a result. What also makes it worse is when I received the first PCP quote the business manager had increased the agreed price by £13,000. All above especially the blackmail which was recorded and much more has been noted down as evidence for Audi UK and the ombudsman when I write up the appalling treatment I have received from this car dealership and share with them.
