Terrible communication and constant excuses. They rarely answer the phone, and whenever you do get hold of someone, there's always a reason why they can't do the job they promised. We've been waiting over two months for parts for our vehicle. When the parts finally arrived, they asked us to book the vehicle in, which we did. When it came time to collect it, nothing had been done, and nobody had even bothered to contact us to let us know. As a result, I now have to arrange another day for a driver to take the vehicle back in and another day where it's out of service. From a logistics point of view, dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare and has made my job far more difficult than it needed to be.
