BUY ELSEWHERE!!!! Returning the vehicle this week, purchased via distance sale, was assured if any issues they would pay to have it fixed. Notified within 2 days the heated seat did not work, told to get a quote, however this was more than they anticipated and do not want to pay! When I raised a complaint she said they would pay to have it fixed, this was 2 weeks ago and still nothing, complaints procedure is a joke! They took out a useless warranty cover with a company in my name without my knowledge or consent. The tail light was also broken, full of water, again notified them straight away. Of course they said it was working on leaving them. They told me to get it fixed and they would pay the garage bill, the garage have called me as the bill is still outstanding, MML do NOT answer the phone, call back or reply to emails. After sales is Non-existent!! The car is going back this week and is now in the hands of lawyer and Trading Standards.
