⭐ 1 Star — Middle Green Motors, Feltham — AVOID WARNING TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BUYERS I purchased a Peugeot 508 from this dealer in February 2026 for £10,995. Within two weeks it developed recurring hybrid electrical faults. When I first reported the warning lights I was told they would "go off after a few days" and that "French electrics are not great." When the same lights returned after the battery replacement I was told the fault was caused by my own charging habits. I was also told "if your driving is not affected these French cars always throw faults so nothing to worry about." These are warning lights on a hybrid traction system. There is plenty to worry about. Despite four months of repair attempts — battery replacement, auxiliary belt replacement, and specialist Peugeot diagnostics — the same fault returned every single time. The car was off the road for 38 of the 125 days I owned it. The root cause was never identified. He promised a diagnostic report — he never provided it. When I raised my consumer rights I was repeatedly given incorrect information on three separate occasions. When I formally rejected the vehicle the dealer refused to sign my rejection letter and told me I thought I knew everything because I had "read a couple of things online." He then proposed deductions totalling £4,757.90 — 43% of the purchase price — on a car returned as faulty after just four months: £2,549.70 mileage deduction — invented rate with no contractual basis. The mileage on my sales invoice was LOWER than the MOT at his own premises 14 days earlier £799 "additional owner fee" — no contractual basis, no explanation given £582.20 diagnostics — he confirmed in writing these would never be charged to me £489 window regulator — failed 5 weeks after purchase £189 battery — he described this in his own messages as paid voluntarily "from my pocket" £99 warranty — his own warranty document shows it cost £0.00 £50 valet — no contractual basis Every single deduction was wrong and had no contractual or legal basis. I challenged every one and every one was overturned. His own documents contradicted his own claims at every stage. I have full documentary evidence of everything stated in this review. You have been warned.
