Mark was extremely helpful in putting me in my first car!

AVOID!!! Do not buy a car off this man. I brought a vehicle and within 10 days had numerous issues with it. Car was taken back to dealer to have these rectified, to which one was only done properly. Other issues either weren't addressed or attempted badly. After having the vehicle back a few weeks the issues arose again to which I was promptly told to 'f**k off' when trying to find out exactly what had been attempted on the repairs. AVOID YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Not to be recommended.Car purchased on 12/05/23.Battery not working the following day.Call we’re made to no avail.The following week clutch pedal broken.Dealer refused to answer my calls.l will not recommend dealer to anyone.

Supposedly sent off v5 in March, called dvla and no record. Now ignoring all messages. Car was also said to be ‘in perfect condition’ , no scatches/bumps or marks... lies. Car came with a crack in the windscreen and the reverse camera was broke.

Not to be recommended. Car purchased and part exchange in August 2021, found out on driving away from premises that CD was not working and then radio didn't work. Following call, visits and recorded letter as advised by Citizens Advice Bureau no help whatsoever, fobbed off time and time again. In addition I received a car tax reminder in January 2022 for my previous vehicle that I had part exchanged! i had to inform the DVLA of this and needless to say no log book for the car I currently own. Customer service none existent.
