MKS! My best advice to anyone even thinking about purchasing a vehicle from these people, DON’T! Purchased an Audi for almost £20K, carpets were damp on the passenger’s side when we went to collect the car? Was duly informed (as we were about to walk away), by Mr Mohammad Khayyam Sarral, “its okay, the pan roof is not leaking! I had instructed my guys to clean the carpets, they just got a bit carried away! But don’t worry, you have 30 days to reject”! Feeling reassured we purchased and drove the 120 miles home only to find the next day water running down both inner pillars! Tried to reject the car within 24 hours, to be given endless excuses and downright lies from Mr Sarral. As we had paid part by credit card we got a full refund, through section75, although it took almost 11 months, as Mr Sarral continued to say I agreed to purchase it like that!? As if anyone would! We went and gave him and his son a visit (to inform them, when passing through Dundee) after, where he shouted threats, behaved in an aggressive manner and made us fear for our safety, as Mr Sarral very nearly came into our car during his exchange. If you really want to purchase a vehicle from these guys, be warned. He will of course try and bury this review, with more “five star” reviews. Just look at the real negative reviews.
