Monty Smith Ltd

Bought a car in Nov 23 with full 12 month warranty included, started having issues with very bumpy ride in Jan and getting progressively worse. Took car back to Monty Smith in April, after 4 days, eventually told it was the shock absorbers and also told that the warranty didn't cover it. Customer service non-existent, no empathy and plenty of excuses as too why they wouldn't replace.

PROBABLY THE WORST DAY OF MY LIFE, ABUSIVE SALES PERSON, TERIBLE VEHICLE WITH MEGA FAULTS, ARRIVED WITH MIRROR AND BODY DAMAGE NOT SHOWN IN ADVERT, MANGLED STUCK TOGETHER KEY FOBS WHICH DIDN'T WORK ON THE BUTONS, SPARE WHEL AND CARRIER FELL OFF FIRST TRIP OUT, SECOND TRIP TO MAIN AGENT GARAGE WHO CONDEMNED IT AS DAMAGED ELECTRICS REQUIRING MAJOR EXPENCE TO RECTIFY AND SUGGESTED SCRAPPING IT OR USE IN SORRY STATE IT WAS. BASICALLY SOLD A VERY BAD DEAL AND SUGGEST AVOIDING THIS DEALER
