Motorpoint Oldbury

If I could give Motorpoint 0 Stars / Points I would. Following a recent visit to their Oldbury Depot, my wife and I foolishly agreed to view an E Golf 2020 plate to be transported from Corby for a fee of £149.00. However, we paid the fee on the promise from the salesman Khalid, that the fee would be returned if we did not want to go ahead with the deal. We made it quite clear that we would NOT have ordered to see the car without this guarantee. One week later we returned to view the car and it was unsatisfactory, however the salesman Khalid and his Manager tried to go back on their word and say the fee was not refundable. After almost 3 weeks and numerous complaint emails, we have finally received our £149.00 back. The moral of this story is to ensure you get any verbal promises put into writing as we now feel they cannot be trusted to keep their word.
