Placed a "refundable" deposit on a car on the 19th of June, decided against buying it and requested a refund on the 24th of June. Was told it could take 14 days, it's been well over 2 weeks (10th of July) and no sign of a refund. I've had to get my bank involved to try and get my money back. Be very careful giving these guys any money. I have screen shots of all the messages requesting a refund with dates which I can share.

Scam!! Sold a red Range Rover to my disabled father with several faults, extensive corrosion underneath. Took the vehicle and we requested a refund within 30 days we have had zero response to emails and no refund. We have a paper trail of all communication and are seeking legal advice. How can someone sell you a car, take it back and then keep the funds! It’s outrageous. AVOID!

Baught a Audi q5 apparently immaculate condition, never missed a beat etc the car broke down within two months avoid this garage at all cost, very unprofessional and very bad service

Bought a car with full service history, 3 months on and I am still waiting for the service history. Would never use this company again. Beware!
