Having purchased a car from these people I would like to share my experiences.
Between the purchase of the car and me picking it up they lost the handbook and manual. 10 months later they have still not replaced both the documents. No replies to emails and being told everything was “in hand”. Nothing should take this long to sort out!!
Car also developed a leaky tyre because the tyre had been illegally plugged and it cost me over £100 to replace.
