Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I strongly advise potential customers to think very carefully before purchasing a vehicle from this company. The vehicle I purchased broke down on the very same day I took possession of it. This was completely unacceptable and caused significant inconvenience, stress, and disruption. As a result of the vehicle's condition, I had to return it. Despite returning the vehicle, I am still struggling to recover my deposit. I have made repeated attempts to contact the company by telephone and email, but the level of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing. Responses are either delayed, unclear, or not provided at all, and I have been left having to repeatedly chase the matter myself. When purchasing a vehicle, customers should be able to expect a reliable vehicle and professional after-sales support. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. The way this matter has been handled has seriously damaged my confidence in the company. I would not recommend this company to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from them. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves both the quality of the vehicles being sold and, most importantly, the way customers are treated when problems arise.
