I called them for a Volvo V70 D5 just to ask if the cambelt was done. The chaps reply was this font have f****** cambelt. Before I could reple and say I know my Volvos and offcourse they have cambelts hrs cut the phone off then I tried calling him back, but thr coward wouldn't answer the phone. Please stay away frin these maniacs.

shame i cant give this negative stars, this company is a joke, bought a car a while back, head it for 4ish months, took it for a pre mot (as i always do 3 months before its proper mot) to find out the the back axle and chassis was so badly rotting the machinic in good conscious refused to let it leave the garage and lent me the spare car they have to get me home and back to work the next day (luckily i have used this garage for several years so they knew me) the guy i dealt with at oap was Tony, he defiantly knows how to talk the talk but as soon as i called him about the problem he got abusive on the phone. save yourself money, DO NOT buy from them if needs be WALK or take the bus instead. currently there is a Morris minor on motors.co.uk that is just a shell/undrivable buy that instead i guarantee it will work better

So rude, unhelpful and obviously a liar. I enquired about a car that was supposed to have had lots of money spent on it so I asked whether it had had a cambelt replacement. Here is the reply: There’s no proof of a Cambelt change SO assuming your interest has been killed stone dead by this revelation I’m guessing that there is no point in answering your other numerous questions? I replied by saying I'd still be interested and was ignored. Based on this, his friendly style adverts are clearly designed to mislead people. AVOID

I cant understand how this person gets on in life what an absolute arse hole , ring to ask about a vehicle for sale get spoke to like dog sh#t and then get the phone put down on me mid conversation , i dont expect much from people but this guy has serious issues and needs to be stopped from trading , did a bit of googling afterwards turns out hes been through the courts via trading standards before so buyer beware stay clear and hooe the fuckong idiit goes back down the hole he crawled out of .

I asked them to send me a pic of the underside and engine bay, to help me decide whether or not to use their underseal service when I purchase. Here is their lovely reply: "Are you joking? The car is almost 19 years old and bound to have rust, its 1595 not 15995, how long do you expect your investment of a measly 1595 to last, in 12 months time when the current MOT expires the very worst the car will be worth is £700 to either farmers or off road enthusiasts, so it will have cost you 895 in depreciation which works out at around 15 per week or 2 a day, if that common sense doesn't get through your thick fucking skull then pity the remaining humans who have to reply to your total stupidity." These guys are an embarrassment and disgrace to genuine car dealers.

Absolutely rude, I called to ask about the Hyundai they have and immediately the guy just said "Right, I haven't the time" and hung up, no apology or anything.
