Trust me look elsewhere. Where do I even start. I was threatened, verbally abused and squared up to by mark and his son for requesting my deposit back! Great customer service there mark. Put a deposit down on a blue vivaro (OY60 ULU) mark said that he was going to put a timing chain on the van included in the price £5750, now the van is advertised at £5895. Went to pick the van up a week later than I was told. No communication from them I had to chase them for information. On the day I went to pick it up after being told it had had a new clutch and gear box I drove it, clutch was extremely stiff and biting point right at the top I took it to a garage that I trust to look over the van. 3 techs looked at it and said that it definitely hasn’t had the timing chain done as the seal is old. (The advertisement now doesn’t state that the timing chain has been done so that tells me that I was right) also they have put a reconditioned gear box in but didn’t do the clutch! Anyway I returned the van and had to argue to get my deposit back after it was refused. I was threatened, called all the names under the sun and squared up to. I only got my deposit back as I refused to leave until these bully’s (mark and I think it’s his son) gave me my deposit back. Trust me avoid at all costs Do not buy from these cowboys. Just look at the amount of reviews that mention refusing deposits.

Absolutely terrible experience. After buying a Bipper I had it independently checked even though it had 12 months MOT and it was reported it shouldn’t have passed. I took it back and Mark was not interested and refused to get the vehicle up to standard

Mark was brilliant from start to finish when I bought my van. He was knowledgeable, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Also offered fantastic after sales care. Would highly recommend the guys at Port Van Sales if you need a van!

Low mileage, good quality, clean vans. Couldn't be happier with the transit, cheers guys!

Bought a van from Mark before the first lock down and the service has been second to none. Highly recommended.

Bought a van from Mark online through Autotrader. When van arrived I was very disappointed it was not as described, beware! After agreeing to take the van back and refund my £2,000 deposit I am still waiting after a week. Unfortunately now having to start court proceedings. Be warned!
