Avoid this company at all costs. The vehicle will look perfect on the surface, however the damage repaired cars are mechanically not repaired to a good standard and are not fit for purpose. We bought two cars as we believed we had got a good deal. Because they knocked £500 off one car and £500 off the other (each car was over £9000 each) after signing the paperwork they informed us that the warranty would be 3 months. When we questioned this they said that it was because they had knocked money off!!! This was not even mentioned prior to us signing the paperwork and handing over the money or we wouldn’t have bought them both. Anyway it was too late at that point, we felt conned but they had our cash and we had signed. So the first car had an issue when on the way home it was making a clonking noise. My husband kept ringing the garage and no one answered, he left messages and no one called back. It was a three hour journey home and no one rang back. The following day my husband tried and tried and left lots of messages. Again no reply. 3 days later my car wouldn’t start at all in the morning, so low we had two broken cars less than a week old! We were mikes away from the garage so couldn’t just pop back and they weren’t answering or calling us back. In the end we had to resort to filling in a call back request on their website pretending that we were interested in a car and giving my telephone number as they didn’t have that….they called back within the hour!!! They told us to get both cars checked at a local garage at our cost and send them the report - we asked why they couldn’t do that at their cost and they said that they wouldn’t even look at the cars without a report! Even though they were under warranty. We felt cheated but had no choice. The first car that was clonking was doing so due to it being poorly repaired after being written off and the garage said that it was not road worthy!!! My car that wouldn’t start would need a new engine, the garage said that the company that we bought it from had cleared all of the codes / lights that would have shown on the dash display so that we didn’t see them.
We sent the reports for both vehicles to the garage and again they avoided us and refuse to return calls or even answer the telephone! Avoid this company. They are dishonest scoundrels.

Save your money and headache and go elsewhere, cars are sold with numerous hidden faults and once they have your money, they will ignore calls/messages and have zero communication until the (warranty runs out), if you are lucky enough to get any interaction it will be lies
