Please beware if you purchase a car from RWC Motor Company Ltd UK in Marks Tey please make sure you do your pre sale mechanical checks (not just a test drive) because they sure dont and is a requirement under the CPRS law! This company let me leave the fourcourt in a dangerous and defective car which could have caused me and my family or another road user a serious accident, I had been driving around for 3 days in a car that 3 days later failed on all brakes and discs! The law states all cars advertised for sale should be in a roadworthy condition! This car has needed four repairs since owning it! Brakes and discs Top mount and shock Oil leak Window repair (still one outstanding) And needs a further repair to ball joint, window, indicator’s and 5th gear and I have only driven the car for 1500 miles since purchasing and all within 2 months of owning it. Oh and they also don’t fulfill agreements with regard to outstanding repairs and if you use a third party garage (as they suggested) because their garage couldn’t diagnosis an evident knocking noise which they would have noticed when driving it to the garage, it will come back and bite you in the bum! They are also very rude and have had me in tears with the way I have been spoken over the phone, they also like to use scaremongering tactics and say they have video evidence of you driving when in reality the car again wasn’t drivable or roadworthy neither was it of satisfactorily quality due to a split ball joint which would make it repair number 5 this car has been sat on my drive the last 5 months whilst I fight this nightmare and try and get my money back! Feel free to share to save friends and family the nightmare I have had not to mention my family’s safety! I have even had a private report by ace who confirmed the faults should be referred to the selling dealer but customer service is non existent and as soon as they sell you the car they don’t give a poop about you! Lots of evidence to back what I am saying!
