This dodgy car dealer is a guy called Bryan Beeston aka Bryan Richard. He has been up to his tricks in Harrogate for years and he has indeed changed his trading name yet again He is now called 'Select Cars Nidderdale' He sells prestige cars riddled with faults or poor repairs and the refuses to fix them, usually long distance sales. Notice how viewing is by strict appointment, that is because when you return with your broken car (because he is ignoring your calls) there will be nobody there ! Get an independent AA or RAC inspection on any car you are even thinking of buying. If he has sold you a car and you can't get in touch with him, get someone else on a telephone number he doesn't recognise to book an appointment to see a different car.

Same as before. I bought a great looking car that can with a Gold warranty and a host of Promaces fro Matt. I got a car riddled with problems and can't reach them anymore. Terrible terrible people.

After finding a great looking Audi A6 Avant on Autotrader, I went to visit the showroom. All looked well and the sales staff were friendly and polite. We agreed on a price and I arranged to collect the car the next morning on the basis that it past it's MOT without any advisories and had a piece of trim that was damaged replaced before I collected. I kept in touch with the salesman for the rest of the day who assured me the car was being seen to and would be ready the following morning. I made the two hour trip back over the next day to collect and was told it had past the MOT with an advisory (one tyre), but they couldn't get a tyre in time to sort it. Not great, but no problem, lets nip on a tyre fitting website, get a price and deduct it from my balance and were sorted? No, we can get the tyres cheaper so we'll get it shipped to you. Three months later, ignored phone calls everyday and I've given up on my tyre ever arriving. The trim replacement had also turned out to be a poor repair of the existing trim which is now in the same state it was when I first viewed it. I'm now looking at an extra £350 to spend to fix the trim properly and replace the tyre that is now bald after doing over 4K miles on it since purchase. I would not recommend these cowboys to anyone. Steer clear, there are better dealerships out there!

Don't use this dealer. He is a con man. He took my money then laughed down the phone at me when I had problems. Terrible experience.

Rip off Merchants. My Porsche broke after a week. I got conned into fixing it locally and sending them the bill. Now I can't get hold of them for months. They use extreme caller id screening and ignore all digital contact. They used to be Called 'Auto Distinction Hampsthwaite', google that for more reviews !
