Senior Car Sales

Avoid at all costs! I was sold a faulty car, they agreed to fix the car at the garage they work with and only that garage. After three months of excuses and nothing done about it I asked for my money back. The owner was aggressive and rude on the phone to me, telling me I wouldn't get my money back. This was after ignoring my phone calls for a week (i had to call from a different number to which they picked up straight away!) I got in contact with the office of fair trading who told me to send a recorded delivery letter of action to them as I was entitled to my money back. They refused to sign for my letters and have left me with court as the only option to get my money back!
