Shelbourne Nissan

Purchase date: 8-12-2022 Car was service by Nissan on the 4-12-25. Went out of warranty 2 months ago and the clutch broke honestly I would understand if it had 100k+ miles on the meter but 22391 miles and this is what happened. I Called them and they explained that the car will be picked up by the RAC because anyone who is serviced by them get free recovery so I called the RAC as instructed and the car wasn't even registered with them so they wouldn't pick it up. Spoke with the dealer and they want to charge me £160 a hour to find the problem was told that this could take a few hours and then charge me time and parts so the bill could easily rack up. Honestly worse customer service is have ever received. this is the second car I purchase from them and I would recommend you avoid them only interested in getting your money then will leave you high and dry.
