Sold an Audi Q3 which had a 14yo battery & broken Haldex clutch pump (meaning the Quattro system would not work). I'm not sure how these issues weren't picked up by the 'meticulous checks' claimed on their website (they were only found after I took the car to an independent garage), but the car was not of satisfactory quality when sold (falling short of the AA Cars Standards they claim to commit to). Subsequent faults followed over a few months of light usage. Had considerable difficulty obtaining timely aftersales support which resulted in me requesting a refund under the Consumer Rights Act - this was contested and I now need to go through legal channels to obtain a refund. Buyer beware!
