Words can’t describe how these crooks get away with its numerous faults on vehicle I bought back in 2023 not even 12 hours of owning had issues straight away demanded money back but was told could fix gave opportunity then again more and more faults company then closes doors after finding out vehicle was used as a taxi and not declared then company move premises to empty building in city centre let’s say karma will come and bite use in the a**e STAY CLEAR IF THEY POP BACK UP

Warning: Do Not Buy from SJ Motors- Terrible Car and Even Worse Customer Service We purchased a car more than a year ago and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. Within just two days of driving it off the lot, major faults started to surface. It was clear that the car was not only faulty but potentially dangerous to drive. When we reached out to SJ Motors to address these issues, they kept the car for 2 days and pretended they fixed the issues, when we came back again they were dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility telling us that we never reported faults when we have a proof of all issues appearing within first days and that they were all reported. It was incredibly frustrating to be met with such indifference, especially when we had just spent a significant amount of money on a vehicle that was clearly defective. Feeling like I had no other option, we decided to take legal action against SJ Motors. The fact that it has come to this is appalling and speaks volumes about their lack of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Expensive mistake, selling CAT S without declaring it to buyer. Car sold with multiple faults, not trusted to fix it. Dealer and alleged owner making lies up on the spot. Avoid at all costs.

Car was returned due to a dangerous fault the day after buying. They decided to keep the warranty cost and said they couldn't refund it!! Going against consumer rights, and then hang up on you when you call.
