I tried to contact Snows to have some optional extras added to my Volvo.
I called their main number (which doesn't put you through to the branch), and they told me to call again and use option 2, which would put me through to the service department.
I tried calling the service department numerous times over the last few days, but they never answer the phone, and it just goes to voicemail.
I have left two voicemails, but haven't received a call back.
I then tried emailing using the main email address for the branch. However, this was bounced back, stating that the service department could only accept internal emails. But I didn't even send it to the service department.
I then tried calling on the main number again, and asked to be put through to the service manager. Again this rang out, and went to voicemail.
So I called back again, and asked to be put through to the branch manager. Yet again, it rang out and went to voicemail.
I then called the main number again to make a complaint (this is when I was told that the main number didn't go through to the branch). I was told that they would send a message to the branch manager, who would call me back.
Two days later, and I haven't received a call from the manager.
I have now taken my business to Waylands Volvo in Newbury, and will never use Snows, even though they are closer.
