Sold me a Toyota RAV4 with an invalid Tax disc. Confirmed with DVLA after checking the car status online. This trader does not believe it’s fake and believes having a forthcoming expiry date makes it a valid disc. The trader also refuses to compensate. This incident was reported to police and Action Fraud. Also, I am still waiting for service log book from the trader, which was supposedly sent out 5 days ago.
