1 Star - Absolutely Disappointed and Frustrated with Sterling Motors My experience with Ben at Sterling Motors has been nothing short of a nightmare. We were sold a vehicle that was advertised as a 2017 model, but upon further inspection, we discovered it was actually a 2015 car that had been exported overseas. This blatant deception has left us feeling completely unsatisfied and taken advantage of. Throughout the entire process, the customer service provided by Ben was abysmal. The salesperson was unresponsive, and our attempts to rectify the situation have been met with excuses and delays. We were misled and given false information, which has left us questioning the integrity of this business. The impact of this negative experience has reached far beyond our immediate frustration.
