*AVOID THIS COMPANY* After trading in a vehicle to purchase another, they informed me that they would need to scrap the trade-in vehicle, due to the poor condition it was in. They then paid minimal price for the vehicle, as it would be scrapped rather than re-sold, as envisaged when the arrangements were made prior to the new purchase. A few months later I received a notification from the Motor Insurance Bureau within the DVLA as the vehicle had not been "scrapped" as they said it would, and was still being driven on a road without a new owner being notified to the DVLA. The vehicle which was purchased from these absolute cowboys, was meant to have had a full service/mot and inspection. However, after we got the vehicle home and checked out by local mechanics, there were numerous issues, such as the condition of the tyres. Absolutely avoid like the plague! Safety first - always!!

Keep away from this place.! Absolute swindlers!! I bought a car from them some years ago when I was completely novice. They (Billal) promised full service history and would send it to me later on. Never did. I learned from Toyota that that specific car was never serviced by Toyota at all. They did not have second key when I bought it and promised it was available to get from Toyota for £20-30. Promised to get it for me. Never did. Told me that central London would be free because it was hybrid. I got the reality only with a penalty for the unpaid congestion charge. So and so.. just examples. I cannot describe enough how cunning they were. Especially if you are not informed enough about the world or cars and motoring. They lied me a lot about the car until they convinced me to buy it. They did not accept any responsibility later on about the false information they gave. Completely unreliable and untrustworthy place and people. Don’t even think about buying anything from them including a bottle of water.

Beware this dealer in address 202 Uxbridge road W7 2NJ. They frequently change their name. Do not buy from this trader — they are unreliable, untrustworthy, and do not follow proper legal procedures when selling vehicles. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

In line with the other review about The Big Car Supermarket in Hanwell I would strongly advise not buying from here. I bought a golf from here in October 2016 which developed engine issues within the first week of ownership. I was told that the warranty did not cover diagnosis so I had to pay £300 at a local VW main deal ship and after 6 4 hours labour they were unable to indetify the problem but did highlight that unusual changes had been made to the car I.e. Things removed and loose wiring. On speaking with the garage to obtain a refund and return the car they became verbally aggressive and abusive. Finally after a three month ordeal of insurmountable inconvenience and stress we received a refund in line with our statutory customer rights through our bank via a debit card despite team. Buying cars can be very difficult when you have little mechanical knowledge and is largely based on trust but I would urge anyone looking to buy not to buy from this garage. It was an awful experience, they are not trustworthy and I would not want anyone else to go through this.
