Avoid Troon Cars LTD! The car I bought had multiple serious issues within days: an oil leak (initially denied, then later admitted they had “topped it up”), a diesel leak that caused strong fuel fumes inside the cabin which affected my breathing and health, and battery faults that stopped the start/stop function working. Ambient lights were not always working. While they eventually replaced the battery, they failed to complete the required Mercedes diagnostic calibration, leaving the issue unresolved. Be very cautious dealing with Billy and Nigel. Despite claiming they personally inspect and select their cars, the number of problems suggests otherwise. Poor knowledge, poor handling of issues and an overall bad experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this garage.
