Trust ford eltham are quite happy to promise you the world when taking your money but won't follow through with the after service care. My car was taken in for its first MOT at 7,000 miles and told the tyres were illegal, the car that same day passed its MOT with the same tyres at the same garage I was then told the car could not be delivered back to me as the tyres were not road legal. How could the car have passed the MOT if the tyres were not legal, clearly they are working on cars and don't understand them it was more the fact they couldn't be bothered to deliver it back after they agreed. In my opinion you would be better off to use SMC FORD in Crayford as they stand by there word and are very helpful.
