My son and his young family bought a car from this chancer October last. Within 2 weeks the brake pads went my son paid for repair because of course it wasn't included in the guarantee, within 8 weeks the car had to be toed. A genuine dealer explained it would cost as least a thousand pounds for repair. He also said the car was a pile of crap. That would be acceptable if my son had paid 500 for it but it was two thousand five hundred pounds. I contacted the dealer and he told me not to ring again. How does this ejit sleep in his bed at night after conning a wee family like this. I'm a great believer in karma and haven't any doubt he'll get his. DON'T GO NEAR HIM

My son bought a car from this man and from start to finish the service was terrible. We were told lies from the outset, paid a deposit on Saturday and were told that the car would be ready on Wednesday - this was not possible in my estimation because it needed specialist attention (wheel refurb, minor dent repair and check engine) all of which could not be done in house… anyway, Wednesday came and went and after some pressing my son picked up the car on the Friday, against my better judgement because the wheel repair and check engine were not done! He was told that the car could come in the following week and that he’d be in touch - he didn’t and after some chasing he managed to take it back two weeks later. In the mean tome the car developed a problem with the heating and when i tried to explain the problem to the salesman he was dismissive and constantly talked over me. They took the car back for the repairs and we chased for three weeks to get it back, during calls I was spoken to like I was stupid, blamed for the issues and told lies about the state of the car and where it actually was! My son paid full dealer price for the car, was given an ‘in house’ warranty (not worth the Paper it’s written on), was spoken to as if we were the problem, told we didn’t understand (I have an engineering background) and the car itself was not properly prepared! He said he’d given it a 3 stage polish - i don’t think he knows what this means because the bodywork was not sealed, and the shuts were not cleaned never mind polished! Both my son and I have all text communications BTW these guys don’t do emails! We should have went to a main dealer - would have cost the same, but my son has learned a valuable lesson about cowboy traders here!
