If i could give it 0 star i would . Drove 1 hour and 45 mins to be made to wait over 20mins to view car . Litrally stuck my head under car pissing oil out . Advertised as no issues . Avoid like the plauge . There obvoiusly buying crashed damaged cars cheap an fixing them with new mots . Shambles

Bought a car from just recently, no invoice was given even though I requested one, was told the car had 3 months warranty via a third party provider, again no paperwork or confirmation given, was told they would forward me the service history and spare key, they never did, and then they stopped responding to my communications and blocked my number. Unbelievable. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. They still sell on ebay via business details of a limited company not trading.

This is just a fake company. No one should fall for this company. This company is a government-registered fraudulent company. I want to hit them hard for what they did. People like this are the ones who make this country ugly, they are deceitful. Even the children of Mung are not doing well. The owners of this company will suffer and die someday for the money they took from me. My entire family should be put in prison for life.

I got my first car at a great price and the vehicle is i excellent condition. Thank You USED CARS OF CARDIFF LTD!

Absolute scumbag , do not use ! Lying ,deceitful non responsive selling cars not fit for purpose

We arranged to view a car, we explained that we were travelling over 100 miles for this viewing. We phoned several times on our journey, no answer on his phone. No mobile provided, No answer phone service, No return call. Zero customer service. Appalled. Suspicious scammer!! Avoid at all costs!!

Bought a car from used cars of Cardiff Ltd it’s still under warranty had nothing but trouble with it since first day driving home, there was no coolant in the bottle it had leaked out, the car kept going into limp mode and engine malfunction lights on phoned them and they put a new coolant bottle in but it still leaked out and the car was still cutting out and lights on the dash, another garage inspected it and said the head gasket had gone, I spoke to trading standards and consumer rights then phoned the garage to excorsise my rights to a repair or my money back, they didn’t want to know they said they would only repair it if I paid for the repairs I told them I would inform trading standards and would take them to court as the head gasket had already gone before I bought it they told me to take them to court so that’s exactly what I’m doing I cannot believe their attitude toward their customers and trust me I do not advise anyone to buy a car from there
