I had a list of problems with the used car I purchased from Victoria Park Mazda from day one — so much so that I ultimately returned the car.
Communication certainly isn’t their strong point. Promised call-backs were missed and emails went unanswered, which made an already frustrating experience even worse.
The customer service I received from management was equally disappointing. Not once did I receive an apology for my experience; instead, I was met with a host of excuses.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a car from this garage.
