DONT EVEN THINK OF BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!‼️⚠️ SCAMMERS!!!! My sister purchased a car from this company back in December of 2025 for almost £7000 to which she has nothing to show for almost a year later. Within only 3 DAYS of taking the car it started to present issues - multiple engine warning lights on the dashboard. To which she informed Vivian Price and they brought the car back in to "fix". They gave her a fixed date to which the car would be fixed and ready for her to pick up, which they CONTINUOUSLY would push back by a week at a time. She made a total of 57 phone calls during this time trying to get updates to which none were responded to. - SHOCKING When she finally got the car back, very shortly after (suprise,suprise) it started displaying the same issues. She contacted Vivian Price and they took it back in. -She hasn't seen it again since. Eventually, she lost faith in the car and their poor attempts at repairing it and requested a full refund, to which they completely turned their nose up to. Instead, they offered her an exchange car with higher mileage on it than the original car she bought, to which upon viewing, proved itself to be untidy, scuffed, with the battery dead, no fuel for a test drive, and empty paper coffee cups dumped on the floor. They even had the audacity to tell her that she would have to pay an extra £300 for the car, which she stated she was not willing to do. Since this, she has sent multiple formal written legal letters requesting a full refund and outlining her rights under the Consumer Rights Act to which they have not acknowledged. Not to mention, she had an email from the garage attempting to blame her for the car's faults, explaining how they think it's due to her driving it with low fuel. (She only had it long enough to fill it up once, and when she sent it back to be repaired the first time, it had half a tank left - which was almost completely gone when she got it back from them.) Furthermore, after sending out a letter from her solicitor, the garage replied blaming her for the faults on the car again, claiming she had "non-genuine motion sensors fitted", when we all know the faults on the car appeared long before this. To further debunk this, shortly before these accusations were made, she had one of the salesmen (Stuart I believe) tell her that the car needs an entire new EPC system and that the faults are due to suspected water damage costing over £1000 to repair. After being left with no car and a loss of £7k she is still having to use public transport with no money. These people have no shame or decency. She will be going through court to fight for her money as she has been done a colossal injustice in her dealings with this company. BEWARE‼️ FAKE REVIEWS - I observed that there was an upload of 6 five⭐ reviews under very similar names, one being under the same name as the main salesman/ co-owner all within the same hour after receiving relentless 1 star reviews many customers have been leaving in the last week. This company is misleading, crafty, and not to be trusted!!!

1 STAR IS TOO MUCH!!! I am going through hell after buying my first car from Vivian Price Cars. Got the car on 23/12/25 and the day after it broke down, EPC light on and going into’Limp mode’ it was taken back to repair (which meant I had no transport for 3 weeks) then got it back late January 26 it went ok for a few weeks, then the same issues reappeared. It went back for a second time on 22/02/26 and I haven’t seen it since. I rejected the car and they the exchange car they offered (They wanted a further £300 for this ) and they have ignored all formal letters, letters of rejection and letter before court action. A mediation service was set up by the court which they also did not attend. I’m now in a situation where I have no car and no money as they have had both for 7 months. All recent 1 star reviews have been taken down from Google including mine, so I’m hoping this will help others know what they’re getting their selves into. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY!
