Got a car off dave a few weeks back was told service history to be sent out with new log book at this time still no received iv rang and emailed texed and WhatsApp but no reply i will be going to my solicitor

I exchanged my land-rover with this firm last August, I have had nothing but fines and court letters going to my old address related to this vehicle as they never informed the DVLA along with the the new keeper,so resulted IN DVLA,West Midlands police,the local authorities who are chasing me , trading standards have all been notified, and are investigating, Dave I've reached out to you you have chose to ignore , knocks on the door are coming as I have all documentation to back up,oh and for good measure I have submitted County Court PAPERS for both you and the name of the owner you sold it to to recoupe all costs,and the vehicle will be collected from the current owners address by High Court Rit Baileffs as still in my Name according to DVLA, regards

As I can see a few have had the same experience as myself I’m currently taking further action so too the people I.e Ravin and Charlotte please email me on [email protected] as I can fill you in the more complaints that go to citizens advice the better the result please do not hestitate to email Dave is a rip off and blocks you as soon as he knows he done wrong!!!

Dreadful service. Car eventually got delivered NOT as described, riddled with multiple expensive faults and filthy full of mould. Was told a new auxiliary battery was fitted by “dave” and independent garage I had to take the car to in an attempt to fix it confirmed this was not the case and they delivered the car with that battery not even attached and dangerous exposed wires present. Wrong sizes tyres, broken rear tailgate , huge water leak, broken parking sensors and more . Simon Collings aka “Dave” cut contact and didn’t take a single phone call from me after delivery and became rude and insulting on sporadic emails that he sent late at night to me. Being quoted thousands to fix the pile of junk I’ve been sold. Further action shall be taken, but my advice is not to deal with this company.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS! Purchased vehicle from dodgy dealer Dave and had huge faults within 6 weeks, was told was out of their “30 day warranty” so was not willing to help and had to for out £400 to fix myself. Car was filthy and absolutely reeked of cigarettes on delivery. Had to thoroughly clean before even attempting to use! After looking further into the company have discovered this is of standard practice for them with others experiencing the same and finding their sneaky ways to cover themselves! The company ‘Fruit Farm Vehicle Solutions’ is stated to be a “Operation of warehousing and storage facilities for land transport activities” on companies house, I’m guessing so they can get away with not being classified as a dealership and so any consumer rights buyers think they have are invalid and the sale is treated as private. Assuming that “Dave” is actually named Simon Collings who is listed as company director, the list goes on.. Can’t understand how they are still operating when so many have been ripped off

Was happy with service right up until delivery the car arrived not at all as described was absolutely filthy with a few issues but Dave has not been at all helpful in sorting out these problems would not recommend.

Bought a cracking Audi s3 i had a tracker and ghost immobiliser fitted by the guys Very impressed with the turnaround time and delivery was a added bonus They sent me videos throughout the deal and was very knowledgeable

Bought a nice little MG TF from Fruit Farm Cars. I can't thank them enough for all they did for me. Been a while since I purchased a car and they were very accommodating and patient with me as I had many questions.

Purchased my dream car from these cars yesterday’s Audi s7 Quattro with very in depth knowledge of the engine and mechanical details of the super car destroyer I was able to drive away that day what a machine and gleaming due to Alex’s hand polishing very talented guy thank you for making it possible guys your the best !

Bought a Mercedes’ people carrier of this company I’m not a car guy but they answer my question a lot and very helpful car was delivered after I seen a video as I had no car and it was just as decent as they said very special service thank you
