The business is a total scam must be buying his cars in at very cheap then advertising them as having everything done FSH and all that while all alone the cars he has have had nothing done to them the one we bought with surprise surprise free delivery had an engine replaced from a different model car from a scrap yard , the best way to handle this con man is not by going the legal way which will cost you + he changes his trading name after each sale it seems , go to your bank and make a chargeback claim and explain exactly what happened then they will block the account where the money was paid in to and that will piss him off big time as it's not so easy to keep changing your bank account as it is your trading name and the bank will not re open his account untill he has explained everything to the bank and that they are satisfied he has not been up to no good and probably the first question the bank will ask is why are you changing your trading name on a monthly basis ? Ide be wanting to know what he comes up with

Brought a car about 6 months ago. Came across really sound until the engine light came on first time I drove if, took to my local garage to find lambar sensor needed replacing. This was in warranty however as soon as i told him about it all went quiet his end. So payed a couple hundred quid of my own money even tho this was his responsibility. Then air con broke, and engine light still comes on every now and then. Seeing as this happend as soon as I drove it definitely would have been obvious when selling me the car. Never answered any of my calls or text to get my service payed for, Wouldn’t recommend at all. Last time I buy from somewhere like this rather than a proper garage.

Can anyone update me it’s seems Dave/Simon Collings by what others are saying he’s Changed company name I’m currently taking him to court does anyone no Dave’s sir name or is Dave Simon Collings I brought my car when he was known as fruitfarm cars anyone have info that will help please don’t hesitate to email me on [email protected] I need to no the correct name for the seller is it Dave or Simon Collings????

Trading as Shakespear Car Sales . Do not use, aggressiveve text then stops talking when he is asked to honour warranty.

Also trading as Shakespeare car sales (Strap line to buy or not to buy). Do not buy. He does not honour warranty. He provides cars not fit for the road. As proven by the car made VOR by garage. He will not take a faulty car back in 30 days(Against consumer rights act).

I’ve had multiple issues with a car purchased with ‘Dave’ as many has also. I have contacted him to get issues fixed with my car and not a single reply back. Trying to locate him is the hardest as I have paper work for both ‘vehicle solutions ltd’ and ‘fruit farm cars’

One year on and I still do not have the log book!!!!! Checking DVLA website and its clearly never been registered with my details despite the promise they would submit the paperwork. Also I'm finding more and more issues with the car, clearly they patched it up to appear reasonable, but it didn't take long for the issues to start appearing (out of 30 day warranty mind). When I got it serviced the mechanic highlighted impact damage underneath, aircon leaking, windscreen is leaking which in turn is causing rust in the cabin. Wont be using them again!!!

Anyone have a correct address for Dave AKA Simon Collings?????? ASAP anyone having issues as I’m getting what I’m owed if it’s the last thing I do!
