Wheels of Ipswich

I brought a car from this dealership in September last year picked the car up had the engine light on i rang immediately and was told to drive it home which I did i was also told to scan the car as im a mechanic which i think is terrible as im a customer. A couple of days later I took the car back as was told it would be sorted got the car back after a few days was told the timing chain had been replaced drove home on the the way home again the engine light came on and from there thats when things got worse as stopped replying to calls, texts as a previous review stated was told to call the warranty company and they stated that the fault was already there they won't cover it im now in the process of getting my money back as basically paid alot of money for a broken car and after all this time finally get told that they won't pay for it to be repaired because it's just wear and tear the car was not fit for purpose and I will continue to fight this as I don't feel like he should be getting away with this as it quite clearly hasn't just been me this has happened to and how this garage is still open i have no idea. As I have just read the response from the dealer yes I have covered 9000miles with a broken car because i have a family that needs to go to school and i have to work as it has taken this long for anything to actually happen i have to go to the finance company and complain and to citizens advise and trading standards and im well within my rights to back the car which is what I shall be doing and will continue to fight this as I should not have to pay a penny for a car that has been broken since buying it and with no attempt to the car sorted so I shall not be paying anything and I will be handing the car back the next step will be court if I don't hear something by the end of this week
